At Utturkars Wood Culture (“UWC”), we aim to deliver all orders safely, accurately, and on time. Please review our Shipping & Return Policy to understand how we handle deliveries, returns, and replacements.

Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated during order confirmation.

  • Bulk/large orders may have customised shipping rates.

3. Delivery Timeline
  • Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on location and product availability.

  • Remote locations may require additional time.

4. Order Tracking
  • Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details (where available) via email or phone.

5. Delivery Issues

If an order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.


Return & Replacement Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • A return request is raised within 3 days of delivery

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase and unboxing video/photos are provided (for verification)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation

  • Items showing signs of use or wear

  • Customised, cut-to-size, or modified items

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged/defective)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Share order details, issue description, and supporting images/videos

  3. Our team will inspect the claim and provide further steps

4. Replacement / Refund
  • Approved returns will receive either a replacement or store credit/refund, based on product availability.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days after approval.

5. Pick-Up & Return Shipping
  • For approved defective/damaged items, UWC will arrange pickup or cover return shipping.

  • For unapproved or non-defective returns (if applicable), shipping charges may apply.
